About Our Founder
Prosperis is led by Lauren Patrick, Founder and Chief Revenue Strategist. She is passionate about helping healthcare organizations strengthen their financial foundation while easing the day-to-day stress of running a practice.
Lauren combines academic rigor with real-world, boots-on-the-ground experience. She earned her B.A. from Yale University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. She is also a Certified Value Builder Business Growth Advisor and a Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM).
Over the years, she has partnered with physicians, dentists, imaging centers, urgent care groups, and non-physician owners, guiding them through challenges in revenue cycle management, compliance, and strategic growth. Her style is direct, collaborative, and rooted in one core belief: a thriving practice should support the people who built it, not drain them.
